Jolly June is owned and operated by Bobbie Scowden. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master of Business Administration. Planning and coordinating weddings, birthdays, corporate events have been the highlight of her life and inspired Jolly June. In 2021 Bobbie became ordained by the Universal Life Church.
